Our Programs
Introduction
First and foremost, we can help. Our Mental Health Advocate will assist you with obtaining resources for crisis intervention if necessary. The main focus is assuring your immediate safety. We will then offer one on one or a group setting with a Peer Support Recovery Specialist. Together, we will begin to address the cause and the triggers of your current condition. There is a Professional Life Coach on staff that is available for guided instruction and assistance with developing a strategic plan to reach your personal goals. We pride ourselves on providing a foundation for building trust, hope, and empowerment. Understanding yourself and accepting personal responsibility will foster opportunities for changes in behavior, self awareness, healing and recovery.
Secondary Program
We will work closely together to build a clear and concise recovery plan. You will set realistic and obtainable weekly goals to keep you on the track of recovery. You will learn coping skills and strategies that will help keep you stay focused on those goals, while progressing at a pace that is optimal for longevity in your recovery.
